Bryce Rudisill helps Mount St. Mary’s secure 24-7 win over Norfolk State

Former Gettysburg Area High School standout Bryce Rudisill contributed to the Mount St. Mary’s Mountaineers’ 24-7 victory over the Norfolk State Spartans in an NCAA Division I baseball matchup held Sunday, March 1, at 1 p.m.

Marty L. Miller Field hosted the contest, marking the third meeting this season between the teams. The Mountaineers defeated the Spartans 6-5 in their previous matchup on Saturday, Feb. 28.

Rudisill tallied five hits across seven at-bats, scored four runs, drove in three runs and stranded two runners on base.

The Mountaineers are set to face the VMI Keydets for their next game Tuesday, March 3, at 2:30 p.m. at E. T. Straw Family Stadium.
