Rep. Scott Perry, serving in the U.S. Congress and representing Pennsylvania’s 10th District since 2013, recently expressed his engagement with various local and national activities through a series of tweets.

On April 11, Perry conveyed his enthusiasm for welcoming Cumberland Valley High School students to the Capitol. He noted that these students, the winners of the annual Congressional App Challenge, made him hopeful for America’s future leadership. Perry extended his gratitude to all involved, stating “So great to welcome Cumberland Valley High School students to the Capitol this week! Our 10th District winners of this year’s Congressional App Challenge make us proud, and give me great hope for the next generation of America’s leaders and creators.”

Later on the same day, Perry acknowledged his active participation in Washington over the week, inviting his constituents to review the activities through a wrap-up update. He shared, “It’s been a busy week in Washington. Thanks for tuning in to this week’s wrap-up.”

On April 12, Perry extended holiday greetings during Passover, reflecting on its historical significance. He observed, “As our Jewish friends across Pennsylvania and around the world gather to celebrate Passover, we reflect on the enduring story of faith, freedom, and perseverance. The journey from bondage to liberty is a powerful reminder of the importance of resilience.”

Perry, a native of San Diego, California, aged 60, has been actively serving in Congress following his earlier tenure in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in 1991. Scott Perry is currently serving in the U.S. Congress, representing Pennsylvania’s 10th district.
