On July 15, 2025, Senator Mastriano announced the enactment of his legislation SB89 as Act 18. He stated, “I am proud to announce that my legislation, SB89, has been signed into law as Act 18. This important law will ensure that all known or suspected drug overdoses treated by EMS providers are accurately tracked in the statewide overdose mapping system. By implementing this measure,”.
Later the same day, he highlighted the progress made by a key Senate committee under his leadership. In a post dated July 15, 2025, he wrote: “Delivering Results!
