Of the 822 people living in Fort Loudon in 2019, 51.3 percent (422) were women and 48.7 percent (400) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Central PA News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 263-to-210. In the 65 and over age range, there were 131 females and 55 males.
