Of the 2,605 people living in Wayne Heights in 2020, 48.8 percent (1,271) were women and 51.2 percent (1,334) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Central PA News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 101. In the 65 and over age range, there were 220 females and 194 males.
