Of the 435 people living in Hunterstown in 2020, 44.1 percent (192) were women and 55.9 percent (243) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Central PA News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 9. In the 65 and over age range, there were 27 females and 10 males.
