State Rep. Torren Ecker | Pennsylvania 193rd Legislative District
Rep. Torren Ecker (R-Adams/Cumberland) will again host his Senior Expo at Cross Keys Village in New Oxford this month. The free event is scheduled to take place in the Nicarry Meetinghouse from 9-11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 11.
“This fun-filled event is truly a highlight of the year. I get to meet so many wonderful residents and attendees gain a lot of information about the countless services available to older Pennsylvanians,” Ecker said.
Past attendees received information about medical equipment, transportation, health programs, and legal services from local organizations and businesses. Similar offerings are expected this year. There will also be free giveaways, and door prizes will be awarded.
Though the event targets older residents, Ecker encourages caregivers, such as sons and daughters of seniors, to attend so they can learn about available services.
