State Rep. Paul Schemel | Pennsylvania 90th Legislative District
Rep. Paul Schemel and the House Government Committee's Subcommittee on Government Integrity & Transparency are set to host a hearing titled "Commonwealth Transparency 101: Sunshine Act, the Right-to-Know Law, the Ethics Act and Per Diems." The session is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 4, at 9 a.m., and will take place in G-50 Irvis Office Building within the Pennsylvania Capitol Complex.
The hearing will feature testimonies from representatives of several key organizations including the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission, Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association, and Pennsylvania Office of Open Records.
