Rep. Torren Ecker of the 193rd Legislative District has officially commenced his duties for the 2025-26 session in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. The swearing-in ceremony took place at the Capitol in Harrisburg, where Ecker was accompanied by his family.
Ecker expressed gratitude to his constituents, stating, "I am eternally grateful to the people of the 193rd Legislative District for instilling their faith in me to serve them in Harrisburg. I will continue to work hard making sure their voices are heard and their concerns addressed."
Looking ahead to the new legislative session, Ecker remarked, "As we prepare for the 2025-26 Legislative Session, I look forward to building on the important work we’ve been doing the past few sessions. Though House Republicans find themselves in the minority, the experience we’ve gained last session has prepared us to navigate challenges and pursue meaningful progress. I am optimistic about what lies ahead in the new year."
