Gettysburg College issued the following announcement on Dec. 21.
Prior to winter break, Gettysburg College students, faculty, and staff came together for a community art project, painting a mosaic on the windows of the College Union Building as a flurry of wintery expression.
One by one, snowflakes of every shape and size were painted alongside a local artist’s rendering of a wintery forest, complete with forest animals and a snowman wearing Gettysburg orange and blue hats and scarves.
