Among the four institutions in the county, Wilson College stood out with the highest tuition fees, reaching an average of $26,200. Triangle Tech-Chambersburg followed with an average of $18,961 per year. Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Mont Alto students were offered the lowest annual tuition fees at $16,563.
At the time, a total of $3.8 million in grants or scholarships were awarded to full-time undergraduates who started at the Franklin County universities in the 2022-23 school year. Additionally, federal student loans reached $2.1 million.
