Hampton township issued the following announcement on Feb. 9.
PennDOT has notified the Township that Mt. Royal Boulevard, between Duncan Avenue and Parkview Lane, will be closed beginning Thursday, February 17, 2022. The purpose of the closure is to replace a storm sewer cross drain. No thru traffic will be permitted in the closure area.
Detour route is Duncan Avenue to Route 8 to Elfinwild Road.
