Rep. Scott Perry, a U.S. Congressman representing Pennsylvania's 10th district since 2013, has shared his views on various international and domestic issues through a series of tweets. These comments touch upon foreign relations, political dynamics within the United States, and human rights concerns.

On March 3, 2025, Rep. Perry expressed concern over Ukrainian President Zelensky's negotiation tactics with former U.S. President Trump regarding peace efforts in Ukraine. He stated: "I fear President Zelensky's failure to negotiate in good faith and unlock a peace deal with President Trump further weakened his negotiating position to end the senseless killing of Ukrainians."

In another tweet posted later that day, Perry discussed Elon Musk's changing relationship with political factions in the U.S., noting that Musk was once favored by the radical left but is now considered an adversary due to his role under Trump's administration to address governmental inefficiencies. Perry tweeted: "Elon Musk was a darling of the radical-Left. Today, he’s their 'public enemy number one.'"

Additionally, Perry highlighted human rights abuses allegedly perpetrated by the Chinese Communist Party against Falun Gong practitioners. In an interview with The Epoch Times’ Eva Fu (known as @EvaSailEast), he remarked: “The United States, the beacon of freedom around the world, cannot be silent when the Chinese Communist Party is engaged in the systemic torturing, incarceration, and forced organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.”
