Scott Perry tweeted that "Pennsylvania Led the Nation in Medicaid Fraud Charges Filed in 2024, according to HHS’s Office of Inspector General: Improper Medicaid payments could amount to $1.3 TRILLION over 10 years." He emphasized the need for significant improvements to the Medicaid program.

In his tweet, Perry stated that it was a "Great meeting with Vested Communities, Burkentine Builders, and the American Enterprise Institute to hear their ideas for ways to develop federally-owned land into thriving communities with increased housing."
