Scott Perry shares views on judiciary and JFK files

Rep. Scott Perry, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Pennsylvania’s 10th district since 2013, shared his views on various topics through a series of tweets. These posts reflect his opinions on the role of the Judicial Branch and newly released JFK files.

On March 18, 2025, Rep. Scott Perry expressed his perspective regarding the judicial branch's function in government affairs: "Again, the Judicial Branch is not the HR department of the federal government, nor does it set National or foreign policy. It solely interprets the law, and certainly should never engage in judicial insurrection."

The following day, on March 19, 2025, Rep. Perry commented on newly disclosed documents related to President John F. Kennedy's assassination. He quoted an investigative journalist stating: "…These long-secret records shed new light on JFK’s mistrust of the CIA, the Castro assassination plots, the surveillance of Oswald in Mexico City..."
