Franklin County is now accepting applications for its IMPACT! Grant Program, which will provide $10 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding for municipal/authority or nonprofit entities with projects that will support recovery efforts in Franklin County following the COVID-19 pandemic.
