Hampton Police Department Citizens Police Academy to begin in September

The Hampton Township Police Department is offering its fourth Citizens Police Academy. The program is designed to give the average citizen a better understanding of the criminal justice system, in particular, the role police officers play in the community.  

The Academy is free and will be held every Sunday from September 11, 2022, through November 20, 2022.  The classes will be held every Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Hampton Township Community Center, 3101 McCully Road, Allison Park, PA 15101.

Applications can be picked up at the Hampton Township Police Department located at 3101 McCully Road, Allison Park, PA 15101, beginning July 25, 2022.  Please complete and return the application no later than September 1, 2022, to be considered for the academy.  Please join us for a unique, behind the scenes experience into the world of law enforcement.  

Potential students must be 18 years of age or older.
