Have you heard? Franklin County, in conjunction with All Cleaned Out Junk Removal, will be hosting a tire recycling event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, April 14 at the former Franklin County Jail at 625 Franklin Farm Lane, Chambersburg.
